What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, checks, and cash. Please make checks payable to Assembly Smart.

What types of products do you assemble?
We assemble boxed flatpack furniture from IKEA, Amazon, Walmart, Target, Big Lots, and other retailers. We also assemble trampolines, basketball goals, gym equipment, bicycles, swing sets, and a lot more. Contact us and we may be able to assist you.

What if I don't have assembly instructions?
No instructions needed. We have resources for thousands of products. All we need is the product's brand, and model name or number.

What if my assembly takes less than an hour?
We have a minimum of between $49 - $69 per assembly (depending on how many assemblers are assigned to your project). It's $49 - $69 for up to one hour.

Do you provide delivery services?
Yes. We can deliver products from the Jacksonville IKEA store in addition to Walmart, Target, Big Lots, and other local retailers.

Can I request a specific date and time for my assembly?
Yes. We offer flexible options for delivery and assembly projects. You can specify your schedule when booking your project so we can make every effort to work around it.

How quickly can an assembly or installation be scheduled?
We strive for same day service but it is always a good idea to schedule your assembly or delivery at least 2-3 days out.

Will you contact me prior to arriving?
Yes. We will keep you updated on the progress on your delivery/assembly project and an assembler will call or text you before arriving.

How long will it take to assemble my product(s)?
Depending on the item complexity, assemblies take anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours or more per product. For larger or more complex jobs we'll sometimes send additional techs to decrease assembly times.

Do you offer discounts?
Well, it depends. We offer a one-time 10% discount for first time customers. We also offer a 5% discount for seniors, military, and college students (with valid ID). And yes, you can stack them!

Can I tip my assembler?
Absolutely. Tips are appreciated for a job well done, but certainly not required.

Are you licensed and insured?
​The state of Florida does not license furniture assembly businesses, however we do carry a $1,000,000 general liability policy for your protection.

​Do you offer a warranty on completed work?
We test for strength, performance, and functionality upon completion of every assembly project to ensure many years of regular intended use. We back our work up with a lifetime warranty on all our assembly projects.
